now I’m going to go back through the tapes and get the ones with glitches. Maybe it’s my camera. But as Carson pointed about his tools they may be malfunctioning be cause they are so new… LOL
Looks like I want to spend all my time on JBinNC. I think I may have something like 300 tiles left to manufacture. They are all little 32×32 pixel squares. For the most part all the animations are done. I still need to work on the little version of the protagonist. Which is to say the little character before it gets any power ups. I used the fetus as a bad guy already… After the smalll sized protagonist and the zillions of tiles are done I’d like to re-visit the backgrounds and throw in some high res versions of the baddies and maybe a few shand. After that the last step will be to make sure each board has the right music and backgrounds.

It could be a combination of things. You should try capturing on dif. camera. They didn’t seem that bad when the loggers were grabbing ‘em.

yeah I totally would try on a dif cam except I oly have one… oh shit. I’ll be bringing the tapes back to LA on friday. My next post will be a list of tapes w/glitches. Do doubt it could be that this camera isn’t as good at picking off the data as some other camera or deck. Looks like about one in four seemed glitchy.

I’m soooooo excited to see the game. I’m not exactly sure how that will happen without me going to the closing, though. Can someone video someone playing it? Obviously I have no problem with scan lines, shitty quality, etc. I guess C-A and I are going to try to scavenge/buy a cheap-o machine so we can keep the arcade intact, but I don’t think I can spare $100 till September. Johnny Blaze, I guess the three of us need to have a conferencing session about the future of this here arcade, and I still wanna know: WHERE’S MY GUNS? WHERE’S MY DRUGS? WHERE’S MY MONEY?
Anyway, thanks a bunches for making that arcade. Even though I only gave you a few images, etc, I am ridiculously excited and proud that it exists. Or is well on its way to existence.

yea, i don’t remember that much bad audio on the tapes either.
is there a way to upload a intrawebs version of the nightmare city arcade?
